ChampionPoker Terms and Conditions: Rules for Using the Platform

The ChampionPoker Terms and Conditions define the rules governing access to the website, games and related services. The agreement becomes binding when a player accepts it and continues using the platform. ChampionPoker identifies Riviera Entertainment B.V., registration number 156650, based in Willemstad, CuraΓ§ao, as the operator. The terms state that the service is licensed and regulated in CuraΓ§ao under license number 8048/JAZ2021-163, issued on September 28, 2021.

The English version is the legal basis if translated versions differ. ChampionPoker may amend the agreement, with changes taking effect once published on the website. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version.

ChampionPoker Account Registration and Player Eligibility

Real-money participation requires a Member Account, created through ChampionPoker registration. Registration requires the following, and all submitted information must be accurate and complete:

ChampionPoker may verify deposits and withdrawals and request identification, proof of address, payment evidence or a selfie with an identification document. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to account restrictions, closure or withheld funds.

Players must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher legal age applicable to them, and must be legally allowed to participate where they reside. Accounts must be used personally.

ChampionPoker accepts EUR, BTC, ETH and USDT, although availability depends on the payment method and market. Where currency conversion applies, exchange-rate losses are borne by the player.

ChampionPoker may request proof of payment, identification, proof of address, source of funds or source of wealth. Payments are subject to AML review, while cryptocurrency sent through an unsupported network may be unrecoverable.

A deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are submitted through the website cashier, and funds may be returned through the same payment method previously used.

Played real-money games are generally non-refundable because they are consumed immediately.

Exception: A specific exception applies to funds unfairly lost because of a gaming bug.

ChampionPoker Player Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use their account for genuine personal participation and use financial instruments belonging to the account holder. Deposited funds must come from lawful sources, while applicable taxes on winnings remain the player's responsibility. The terms also require players to keep credentials secure and behave appropriately toward other participants and ChampionPoker representatives.

The agreement prohibits:

Hardware designed to create an unfair advantage.

Responsible Gaming, AML and Account Closure

ChampionPoker offers self-exclusion and a maximum net-deposit loss limit through the account profile. During self-exclusion, the player cannot open another account.

The AML framework requires identification and supporting documents and does not permit anonymous or fictitious accounts where the beneficial owner cannot be established. Account closure: A player may close an account through a written request. ChampionPoker may also suspend or close an account where it suspects a breach of the agreement, illegal activity or fraud.
